How to log in to your tracking area

Your file number and your email are the whole login. There is no password to remember or lose.

Every customer has a private tracking area. It shows the status of your application, holds your documents, and is where your authorization is available to download once the decision is in.

How to sign in

  1. Go to the tracking area from our website, or from the link in any message we have sent you.

  2. Enter your file number, which begins with VP.

  3. Enter the email address you used at checkout.

  4. That is the whole login. There is no password.

The email address has to be the one on the file. If someone else booked the trip, it is their address, not yours.

What you can do there

  • See the current status of your application and where it is in the process

  • Upload a missing document, or replace one we have refused

  • Check the details we hold: traveller, plan, number of travellers

  • Download your authorization or your refusal document once the decision is in

  • Contact our team about your file

Group applications

A group shares the email address of whoever organised the trip. Signing in with any file number from the group shows every traveller, each with their own status and their own documents.

If you cannot get in

The two usual causes are a mistyped file number and the wrong email address. File numbers contain letters and digits, so check for a confused zero and O.

If you have lost the file number entirely, you can request a sign-in link by email from the login page. There is a separate article on that.

Why there is no password

A password is one more thing to lose before a trip. Your file number plus your email is enough to reach your own file, and nothing in the tracking area exposes your full passport number.
