Immediately after your payment, two optional add-ons are offered, one after the other. Both are one click on the card you have just used, and both are entirely optional.

Upgrades the handling of your file to 12 to 24 hours. It is useful if you chose Standard and then realised your departure is closer than you thought.

As with the plans, this speeds up our work, not the decision by the US authorities.

If the US authorities deny your application, we refund 100% of what you paid for that application: the service fee for your plan and the government fee. Only the $30 paid for the option itself is kept, because that is what pays for the cover.

The guarantee applies to a file that was complete, accurate and truthful. It does not apply where the denial follows from information you gave us that was wrong or incomplete, from a background you did not declare, from a previous refusal of an ESTA, a visa or entry to the United States, or from documents you did not send in time.

Both add-ons are offered only on the screens shown immediately after your payment, and can only be charged within one hour of that payment. Each can be bought once per file.

The approval guarantee can never be added once your application has been submitted to the US authorities. That is a term of the service, not a setting we can change.

There is no way to add either one later by yourself. Contact us with your file number and tell us which one you wanted. We cannot promise anything, but we would rather look at your situation than leave you guessing.
