Our plans: Standard, Priority and Express

What each plan changes, what it does not change, and how to choose based on your departure date.

All three plans include the same service: the guided form, the document check, the correction of errors, the submission and the follow up. The only difference is how quickly our team handles your file.

The three plans

  • Standard, $89: your file is handled within 72 hours

  • Priority, $119: your file is handled within 12 to 24 hours

  • Express, $149: your file is handled within 1 to 3 hours

The government fee is added to the plan price and is included in the total shown before you pay. The exact total for your group is displayed at checkout.

What the handling time means

The time shown is our commitment for checking your file and filing it with the US authorities. It is not the time until you have your answer, because the decision is not ours to make.

Two things pause that clock, and both are outside our control:

  • A missing or non-compliant document. While we are waiting on you, the clock is stopped.

  • The decision itself. Once your file is with the US authorities, the answer comes when it comes, usually quickly and sometimes up to 72 hours.

Which one to choose

If you are travelling in more than a week, Standard is enough. If you leave within a few days, Priority reduces the time your file sits in the queue. If you leave within 48 hours, choose Express and send your documents immediately, because the plan cannot make up for a missing passport photo.

A faster plan does not mean a better outcome

No plan makes an approval more likely, and no plan influences what the US authorities decide. If anyone tells you otherwise, they are selling you something that does not exist.
