No. US ESTA Online is a private company. We are not the US government, we are not affiliated with it, and we are not endorsed by it.
The official application site is https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov. You can apply there yourself and pay only the government fee. We say this plainly because you deserve to know it before you pay, not after.
So what are you paying us for?
For the work around the application, not for the authorization itself:
A simplified form in your language, rather than the official form in English
A check of your passport, your photo and your answers by a member of our team
Correction of anything that would cause a problem, before the application is filed
Submission on your behalf and payment of the government fee
Follow up until the decision, and a place to track it
Human support you can write to, by email or WhatsApp
What we cannot do
We cannot influence the decision, speed it up, or find out anything the US authorities have not published. Nobody offering ESTA services can, whatever they claim.
A faster plan buys faster handling by our team. It does not buy a faster or better answer from the US authorities.
If you would rather apply yourself
That is a legitimate choice and it is cheaper. Go to https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov, have your passport ready, and answer the questions in English.
If you have already paid us and then decide you would rather do it alone, contact us straight away. What we can do depends on how far your file has gone, and it is always easier before we have filed it.
